Billing & Insurance

Billing Policy

Texas Center for Urology will bill you or your insurance company (under assignment) for services rendered in a timely fashion as allowed/required by law. We are required to collect any/all deductibles, copayments and coinsurance you may have and normally do so in advance of or at the time of service.

For any balances you may owe after services are rendered, you will receive a bill from our office generally within 30 days of services being rendered. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company if you have not received an “Explanation of Benefits” (EOB). All non-covered charges and charges remaining after your insurance has paid are due and payable within 30 days of billing. If you do not have insurance or you need financial assistance, please contact our Business Office professionals at 817.871.9069 to make payment arrangements.
